Principal Investigator:
Kabir Daljeet, PhD.
Kabir is an Assistant Professor of I/O Psychology at Université de Montréal in Montréal, Quebec, Canada. I completed my training at the University of Western Ontario where I did my PhD in I/O Psychology with a focus on Personality and Measurement.
My research focuses on understanding how personality and other individual differences influence behaviour (in the workplace), often through the lense of advanced psychometric methods and measurement. Broadly speaking I also have a keen interest in studying the processes and procedures surrounding employee selection, especially as it relates to pre-employment testing, as well as improving our understanding of job performance especially as it relates to workplace feedback.
